Automated Stator Pipe Internal Blasting Unit
Application: The system shall grit blast the I.D. (internal diameter) of various sized stator pipes ranging from 1-3/4” to 12” internal diameter and from 3’ to 23’ in length. The blast should provide a deep anchor profile and white metal cleaning (SSPC-SP5). The system should align the pipe placed on an entrance rack and eject the pipe to an exit rack when completed.

Application: Coating the I.D. (internal diameter) of various sized pipes. From 3" to 12" diameter and from 10' to 40' in length.
ALPHA 1 Autonomous Blasting Robot
The ALPHA 1 is the first blasting robot that does not need to be programmed.
It builds its own blasting plan by scanning its surroundings using an onboard 3D camera.
The ALPHA 1 brings with it exceptional value in three areas.
Bundle I.D. Blasting System
Application: The system blasts the I.D. of 2”-16” diameter pipe and a length up to 40’. The system may be setup to achieve all ranges of cleanliness. Hydraulic pipe lifters load and eject the pipe onto and off of the work station where the pipe is rotated and blasted.
Custom Automated Conveying Equipment
Application: Customer required automatic mixing batches of various materials based on weight. The percentage of material varied from batch to batch. Operators were manually weighing material and adding to each batch.
Custom Blast Machine Controls
Application: The end user was required to clean several thousand small tubes inside of their large heat exchangers. An operator would manually insert a blast nozzle into the end of the tube. It was required to blow down the pipe for 10 seconds to clear any loose debris, then open the abrasive valve for 20 seconds to begin the blast process and finish by blowing air only once more for 10 seconds to clear any abrasive or dust from the tube.
Custom Low Pressure Conveying Equipment - Locomotive Engine Sand Box Loader
Application: Customer required a process to load abrasive into a train engine traction box that require minimal labor and stain on the operator.
Portable I.D. Drive System
The system is designed to provide a constant drive speed to retract a 1-1/4” diameter pipe lance used for blasting or coating the internal diameter of pipe. The system will consist of a frame/assembly skid, drive system and control panel only. Standard 1-1/4” schedule 40 or schedule 80 pipe may be assembled to the desired length by the end user on site to meet the desired length.
